By accessing or using the feral-mountain website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
feral-mountain provides photography tour and expedition services across Canadian wilderness locations. Our services include guided photography expeditions, instruction, and related travel coordination.
Booking and Payment
Tour bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your place on a tour, with the balance due before the tour start date. Specific payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: Full refund
- Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
Participants may transfer their booking to another person at no additional charge, subject to availability and our approval.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or participants may transfer to an alternative date.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Ensuring they are physically capable of participating in tour activities
- Obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance
- Bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal photography equipment
- Following guide instructions and safety protocols
- Respecting wildlife, wilderness areas, and other participants
Assumption of Risk
Photography tours in wilderness areas involve inherent risks including but not limited to: unpredictable weather conditions, wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, and remote locations. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, feral-mountain and its guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our tours.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of feral-mountain and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Photographs you take during our tours remain your property. However, we may request permission to use selected images for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:
